Amir patronizes graduation ceremony of 7th batch of Police College cadets

On Monday morning, HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Amir of Qatar, patronized the graduation ceremony of the seventh batch of cadets from the Police College, which is affiliated with the Police Academy, in Al Sailiya.

The graduation ceremony was attended by several Their Excellencies Sheikhs and Ministers, as well as senior security and military leaders from various sisterly and friendly countries. Notable attendees included HE Lt. Gen. Abdul Amir Kamel Al-Shammari, Minister of Interior of the Republic of Iraq, and HE Maj. Gen. Ziad Mahmoud Hab Al-Reeh, Minister of Interior of the State of Palestine. The event was also graced by senior officials from Qatar’s Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, the Amiri Guard, the State Security Service, and Lekhwiya, along with distinguished guests.

The ceremony began with the national anthem, after which the commander of the graduates‍‍` queue approached HH the Amir to request an inspection of the 136 graduates from Qatar, Iraq, Palestine, and Somalia.

Following the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, the march of the graduates‍‍` queue, and a military parade, HH the Amir honored the outstanding graduates. The flag was then handed over from the seventh batch to the eighth batch of cadets, and the graduates‍‍` appointment orders were read aloud.

The ceremony concluded with the graduates taking the oath and reciting the College anthem, marking the end of a memorable occasion for both the cadets and their families.
